Anton von Rosas (1791 – 1855) was head of the Viennese ophtalmic hospital. He was editor of a three-volume compendium which influenced the advance of ophtalmology strongly. With his signature in facsimile under a latin proverb. – A bit dusty and with two horicontal creases.
